This dental blast off guide was so helpful for my 6 year old! He usually experiences extreme anxiety, tears, and stress when we go to the dentist. He also has some sensory issues with the sounds associated with the dentist. We reviewed the guide for two days prior to his dental visit!! He really loved looking at the waiting area and the dental chair in a new fun and inventive way. I believe it helped elevate the stress for him and put his mind in a different place. He also loved coloring the pictures! His normal stress/ anxiety level at the dentist or normally a 10/10 and I’d say his stress level after reading the blast off guide with me and mentally preparing for the visit was a 5/10. I truly believe the guide helped and I’ll definitely be purchasing more guides in the future! I’m very thankful for this Dentist Blast Off Guide! I see it being very helpful for other kids as well!
As an adult who had dental trauma as a kid, it is so wonderful knowing this resource is available for my kids! Allie always does a wonderful job or communicating accurately, while not making it seem scary or overwhelming.
