The Blank Page: Adding Colorful Purpose to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) is a book AND activity guide designed to help children understand ALS of a loved one, develop coping skills, and discover a hopeful perspective.

In this story, the book pages themselves take on life as our two main characters. We are introduced to "the Blank Page", a character who shares their emotions and experiences through colors, lines, and textures.

When an ALS diagnosis leaves a messy mark on the Blank Page, it wonders if any beauty can come from it. With the guidance of a mentor, "the Teacher Page," the Blank page finds hope.

This book, along with the concluding activity guide which includes 10+ therapeutic activities to further coping, helps children learn about ALS in a child-friendly manner, fostering a greater sense of empowerment and courage.
